Using a collaborative and comprehensive service delivery approach, IBTS provides compliance, program management, and technical services to federal agencies, the Department of Defense, and prime contractors. Utilizing boots-on-the-ground staff, our solutions streamline government projects, reduce risk for non-compliance, and free up valuable budgetary resources.
IBTS provides trusted, practical solutions to state governments, drawing on our years of experience managing federal funding, providing technical assistance, and ensuring compliance to create successful outcomes for your constituents.
IBTS’ local government solutions are built by local government for local government, helping you save costs and improve efficiency to help you create thriving communities. Our team of current and former elected officials, city managers, county administrators, finance directors, planners, and engineers are experts in their associated fields and bring decades of experience from every corner of City Hall.
We support communities in a range of operational models—from a fully-integrated, total service delivery approach to just managing one or two areas of operations.
IBTS is a trusted advisor and ally to municipalities, community organizations, and government agencies across the Island. We are dedicated to creating a stronger, safer, more prosperous and resilient future for Puerto Rico, helping the Island achieve its goal of 100% renewable energy by 2050.
As a leader in building codes, energy, and government solutions, IBTS leverages our expertise internationally to help build safer, stronger, more resilient communities worldwide.
On behalf of The World Bank, IBTS led a pilot training of trainers (ToT) program in Dominica to build local regulatory capacity and improve housing resilience. The ToT trained public officials and private sector building professionals in understanding and applying OECS and National Building Codes, engineering principles, cost-benefit analyses, and communication and engagement best practices. Results from the TOT will help develop a Caribbean regional strategy to improve building code enforcement and enhance resilience to disasters.
