Matthew Vaughn-Zyjewski, MPA
Senior Program Director
Mr. Vaughn-Zyjewski has more than 12 years of community development experience. He led the first codification effort for the City of Central, LA, and Comprehensive Plan Implementation for Central’s 2010 Master Plan. His other contributions as Program Director for the IBTS' public-nonprofit partnership with the City include subdivision and landscape plan review, commercial and residential plan review, development code enforcement, zoning map implementation, and subdivision ordinance drafting. He has a Master of Public Administration from Louisiana State University.
