Mr. Manville has more than 30 years of experience in the construction industry including 25 years as a Certified Building Official. Mr. Manville has a deep understanding of industry from the perspective of a construction manager, real estate developer, and code administrator. His direct plan review experience includes all residential types, education, commercial, manufacturing and medical uses in new and existing structures.
