MAURICE KESSLER, CFE, MFP

Mr. Kessler has over 20 years of corporate strategic planning, finance, accounting, cash flow management, and federal and state compliance experience. He has directed corporate finance and accounting operations in accordance with FAR, DFAR, CAS, GAAP, and corporate policies; developed subsidiary and consolidated indirect cost structures; and negotiated joint ventures.

As Chief Financial Officer, Maurice provides strategic financial planning, execution, and leadership. He is responsible for overall financial leadership of the organization and corporate governance. As part of the executive team, he collaborates with other senior staff providing critical insight and hands-on leadership of key strategic, financial, and corporate development decisions affecting the organization such as revenue expansion and pricing strategy, resource allocation and business optimization.

Maurice facilitates clear effective communication and business reporting for employees, leadership, external stakeholders, and our Board of Directors. He develops strategies and manages corporate capital. Maurice leads a team of finance professionals and manages external vendors, auditors and bankers that help support the financial well-being of IBTS and its wholly-owned subsidiaries.



Prior to IBTS, Maurice was the CFO for Primary Integration LLC, Subsidiaries and Affiliate Company in Herndon, VA, in 2006, and Director of Finance and Accounting for HydroGeoLogic in Reston, VA, from 2000 to 2005.

He has a BSBA in Accounting from Longwood University in Farmville, VA. Maurice is a Certified Fraud Examiner and a Master Financial Professional.
