Lucinda Verbeek, PE, MCP, CSP

Ms. VerBeek is an architectural engineer and a certified Chief Building Official for IBTS with more than 25 years of experience in project and construction management and building code and safety enforcement. She has managed projects as large as 1.2 million square feet and 12-stories high, for mixed use. Ms. VerBeek has worked on both residential and commercial construction projects as a building official, plan reviewer, chief plans examiner, and inspector.
