Larry Walters, CBO, CFM, NGBS Verifier

Mr. Walters is an ICC Certified Building Official and Certified Floodplain Manager with an astute and detail orientated eye for IRC/IBC building code interpretation, updates, and on-site applications including documentation control and site work. As IBTS' Louisiana Branch Manager, he is responsible for oversight of IBTS operations and staff in the state of Louisiana.

Mr. Walters is a certified green building verifier for National Green Building Standard (NGBS) projects and has completed several green building certifications for the 2008 and 2012 NGBS. He is also certified in the 2015 NGBS ICC/ASHRAE-700.
