Together, we can illuminate a brighter future for Puerto Rico! The U.S. Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), U.S. Department of Energy (DOE), LUMA Energy, and researchers from Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory (LBNL) and the Institute for Building Technology and Safety (IBTS) are launching a collaborative research study to understand how power outages impact the lives of individuals and businesses on the island.  All surveys are closed, and analysis of data is underway. Thanks for your participation and interest.
