After a disaster, a large amount of data is required in a timely, organized form to help expedite the availability of funds for restoration. Optimally, inspectors require that multiple forms, digital photos and hand-written notes be associated with each applicant’s file.
IBTS FIT provides the capability to collect data digitally on site. Forms are pre-populated with applicant information, required GPS and elevation data, and prompt the inspector for all other required data. Digital photos are embedded in the forms, eliminating guess work or tedious file naming in the field, and forms are submitted in real-time for immediate processing.
